Competition Rules & Guidelines

1.⁠ ⁠General Rules

• The competition is open to all registered members of Truckers Club Africa.

• Each participant may enter one submission per category each month.

• Submissions must be original content created by the participant.

• Entries must be submitted by the last day of each month.

• Winners will be announced within the first week of the following month.

2.⁠ ⁠Competition Categories & Guidelines

A. Truck of the Month (Photo Competition)

• Submit one high-quality photo of your truck.

• Photo must feature your actual truck (no internet photos).

• Light editing is allowed, but excessive filters or digital alterations will be disqualified.

• Judging criteria: truck presentation, photo composition, cleanliness/detail, originality.

B. Video of the Month

• Submit one video (max 2 minutes).

• Video must showcase a truck-related theme: driving, behind-the-scenes, truck life, or a cool moment.

• No copyrighted music or footage allowed (unless you have permission).

• Judging criteria: creativity, storytelling, video quality, and truck presentation.

C. Story of the Month

• Submit a written story (300–1000 words).

• It can be about a memorable road trip, trucking experience, or something inspiring from the road.

• Originality and authenticity are key — personal voice matters.

• Judging criteria: storytelling, emotion, uniqueness, and writing clarity.

3.⁠ ⁠Judging Process

• A panel of 3–5 Truckers Club Africa members will act as judges.

• Judging will be based on a scoring system (10 points per criteria).

• In case of a tie, the community may be asked to vote via social media or WhatsApp group.

Winners of each category will receive:

• Cool prizes from our sponsors

• Digital certificate

• Featured spotlight on Truckers Club Africa social media and Tv

5.⁠ ⁠Code of Conduct

• All entries must respect community values (no offensive or inappropriate content).

• Plagiarism or fake entries will result in disqualification.

• Have fun, respect fellow truckers, and keep it real!
